We initiated this meet-up group to promote the outdoors activities offered by Sierra Club in Washington State. Our goal is to provide activities for all levels of physical abilities, including family activities. Sierra Club advocates for conservation of the land, water, and forests, and the fish and mammals who live there. We laugh! About 45 minutes of laughing and simple stretching, just for the health of it. Guided exercises to produce real or fake laughter, doesn't matter. Not much stretching, but wear comfortable cloths. Reduce stress, anxiety and worry. Increase endorphins, reduce cortisol and strengthen your immune system. People who laugh together like each other! Laughter breaks down the barriers, connects people and helps build trust. It is easy to feel good towards someone who is laughing.
