Rainbow Rascals  is a social activities group created to bring the Hudson Valley's gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender families & friends together to have fun. This organization meets monthly to engage Gay and Lesbian families in activities such as hiking, snowtubing, rollerskating, bowling, dining, and other exciting indoor/outdoor activites. The purpose of the retreats and events offered is to create a supportive community of LGBTQ meditation practitioners on the East Coast who are interested in the Insight Meditation practices of Mindfulness and Lovginkindness.

Our group hopes to connect with Latina Lesbians all over the Hudson Valley, in order to socialize and have a good time! We do not discriminate so if you are a lesbian and want to join, please do! Whether you're single, or not, a parent or not, we'd like to get to know you. If you dance Salsa, that's even better!
