Women who are tired of the same old lesbian scene in their city and want something more! I started A Different Kind of Ladies' Night four years ago in Washington, DC, because I, like most lesbian women, wanted something more than what my city offered. I wanted a way to meet, bond, communicate, accept and support other women. I wanted more than a dance club or event. I wanted to make friends, share interests and meet women I could connect with.
