Hey funtastically fabulous madfemmer's!

madfemmeprideLA is teaming up once again with LifeWorks LA, for a fantastic outdoors beach picnic event, that will include beach volleyball and lots of fun in the sun!

LifeWorks is an amazing organization that we have been building a relationship with over the last 6 months. LifeWorks offers one on one, peer, and group mentoring opportunities for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender youth ages 14-24. WeHo Alt will also be joining this event; they do alcohol and drug free recreational activities for young LGBTQ. This event is a great way to connect with GLBTQ youth and give back to the community, all while having fun!

The event will be at Dockweiler's South End
698 W Grand Ave
(Vista Del Mar & W Grand Ave)
El Segundo, CA 90245

There will even be a sandcastle building contest for all those who are interested (with great prizes!!)

Because our last event with LifeWorks, which was picnic and kickball at the park, was so successful, we are ready to kick-off round two, for another fabulous event. LifeWorks provided the food last time, so madfemmeprideLA has agreed to bring the picnic lunch, potluck style. I am asking everyone to please contribute something from the following list, and please post in the event comments section what you will be bringing. Please try to pick something not already listed so we can avoid duplicates!

Please respect that this is a youth-related event; no drugs or alcohol allowed, please!

This is going to be a big, fun event and we're really looking forward to it! Please feel free to invite friends, family, allies, etc. I hope you can all make it out for what's going to be the summers hottest MFP-LA event yet!

Rockin' the madfemmePRIDE!!!!!

There is a parking lot right there, it's either $2 that you feed a machine or $7 that you give to an attendant. Sometimes there's someone there and sometimes there's not, so I'm not sure how much it will be
